Trilatic is preparing to operate as an independent dispute resolution entity under the No Surprises Act (45 CFR 149.510). It will decide out-of-network payment disputes between providers, facilities, and providers of air ambulance services on one side and group health plans and health insurance issuers on the other, on the written record and within the statutory deadlines, and will publish how.

• Methodology — what a determination considers, what it may not, and how a credentialed reviewer decides and signs. Version nsa_idr_passport_v1.
• Resolver record — our timeliness, outcome mix, factor usage, and calibration, published quarterly with small cells suppressed.
• Service commitments — our published turnaround and rationale commitments, each shown next to our live operating record.
• Eligibility pre-screen — an anonymous, PII-free tool to check federal-IDR eligibility before naming or objecting to an entity.
• For initiating parties — naming us, batching, timing, and fees, for the party filing a dispute.
• For non-initiating parties — what to expect if we are named, our conflict and objection process, and what we publish.
• /verify/<determination id> — every determination we issue is sealed on a hash chain; any party or court can verify a determination by its id.

Status: Not certified. An application for certification as an independent dispute resolution entity under 45 CFR 149.510 is in preparation. Not accepting disputes.

Case-team personnel (attorneys and senior reviewers holding the required arbitration credentials) are engaged under contingent, per-case agreements, and are listed by name and credential once this entity's certification is complete.
