Terms of service — Arbitrator Workbench

Effective: 2026-09-09 · Version: 1.0

Trilatic is the trade name of Ripplarity Inc, a Delaware corporation. These terms govern the Arbitrator Workbench ("the Workbench"), case-management software for certified dispute-resolution neutrals. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

1. What the Workbench is, and is not

The Workbench helps you run cases you are already authorised to decide: intake, clocks, eligibility screening, prohibited-factor screening, drafting, sign-off, sealing and verification. You are the arbitrator, reviewer, or entity of record. Every draft is a proposal. Trilatic never decides a case, never issues a determination, and never communicates with a party on your behalf. Nothing in the Workbench is legal, medical, or arbitration advice.

2. Eligibility

You must hold, and keep current, the credential you state at signup (for example a TDI Texas SB 1264 arbitrator certification, a Washington BBPA arbitrator listing, or a Federal IDR entity certification). We may ask for evidence and may close a workspace whose credential cannot be verified or has lapsed.

3. Your data and your obligations

Case material you enter belongs to you or to the parties whose data it is. You are responsible for having the right to process it, for any notices the governing program requires, and for keeping your access credentials secret. You will not upload material you are not entitled to hold, and you will not use the Workbench to contact a party outside the official record of a case.

4. Our obligations

We provide the Workbench with reasonable care and skill, keep your workspace isolated from every other workspace, encrypt data at rest and in transit, keep an append-only audit chain, and publish our security contact. We do not use your case material to train models. Where you require a business associate agreement, it takes precedence over this section to the extent of any conflict.

5. Fees

The current price is shown on the Workbench page and is per case, invoiced monthly. Payment instructions are on the invoice. Prices are fixed for a calendar year and announced 30 days before a change. Unpaid invoices after 45 days suspend new-case creation; existing cases remain readable.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change or retire features with 30 days' notice, except for security fixes, which may be immediate. Your sealed records remain verifiable at /verify for as long as the governing program requires their retention.

7. Termination

You may close a workspace at any time. We may close a workspace for breach of these terms, for credential lapse, or for non-payment, with notice where practicable. On closure you may export your case material for 30 days; issued and sealed records are retained as the privacy notice describes.

8. Liability

The Workbench is a tool; the determination and its consequences are yours. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the Workbench is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
