Upload a usage/cost export CSV (Anthropic, OpenAI, GCP billing export, AWS CUR 2.0, or Azure cost export). Nothing is sent to a vendor and the raw file is never stored -- only an append-only receipt (a hash, the row count, and the findings summary) is kept.
