Trilatic is the trade name of Ripplarity Inc, a Delaware corporation. This page lists the controls in operation and how each can be checked. The sophistication of a published method is not evidence of operating maturity, and this page exists so that no reader has to infer the difference.
| Capability | Standing today | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Federal IDR certification | Not certified. An application under 45 CFR 149.510 is in preparation. Not accepting disputes. | This sentence appears on every page of this site. |
| Production determinations | None. Every record on the resolver is a test or probe record, and the resolver says so. | The resolver record marks non-production records and excludes them from published figures. |
| Methodology | Published, versioned, and pinned by tests to the rule text it restates. | /methodology, version nsa_idr_passport_v1. |
| Eligibility screening | Built and running. The public pre-screen applies the same rules the intake applies, stores nothing, and refuses to answer questions it cannot decide. | /prescreen. |
| Human sign-off | Enforced in code: the signing step refuses a record without a credentialed signer, and a model never issues a determination. | /methodology and /software. |
| Model-assisted drafting | Built. The drafting model's name, its instruction hash, the evidence hash, and the draft hash are written inside the sealed record. | /software. |
| Evidence filtering | Built. Prohibited-factor language and instruction-like text are removed before any text reaches a model, and each removal is recorded. | /software. |
| Sealed, verifiable determinations | Built and live for test records. Every issued determination is sealed on an append-only hash chain. | /verify with any determination id; an unknown id returns a plain not-found answer. |
| Public operating statistics | Measurement architecture live; cells with fewer than eleven records are suppressed, not rounded. | /passport. |
| Conflict screening | Built: status bar, per-party lookback of one year, five-percent materiality, every screen retained. | /independence. |
| Independence controls | Described and in force: single counterparty ledger, one-time tools with no ongoing relationship, fixed fees, separate systems. | /independence. |
| Reviewer governance | Built and published: engagement and payment rules, conflict screening, draft-edit rate, and a hash-selected blind second review recorded in its own sealed record. | /reviewers and the two quality sections on /passport. |
| Reviewer roster | Names and credentials are published as each engagement takes effect. | /reviewers. |
| Security controls | Encryption at rest and in transit, workspace isolation, append-only audit chains, security headers, and a disclosure address are in place. | /privacy and /.well-known/security.txt. |
| Arbitrator Workbench | Live for other certified neutrals. Priced per case, first case free, invoiced by bank transfer. | /workbench. |
| Agent transaction dispute policy | A proposed protocol with a reference implementation, published for standards bodies. It is not a regulated program. | /atdrp/v0.1. |
A row that says built means the behaviour exists in the running system and a test pins it. A row that says described means the control is stated and followed. Nothing on this page is a statement of certification.
