Accessibility statement

Trilatic is the trade name of Ripplarity Inc, a Delaware corporation. We want every party, reviewer, and member of the public to be able to use this site and the Arbitrator Workbench, whatever assistive technology they rely on.

Standard

We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Every public page is checked with automated tooling (axe) and by keyboard before it ships, with a visible focus ring, a skip-to-content link, and a light and dark theme that both meet contrast minimums. Most of the site -- including every page that reads and every form that submits with a plain HTML POST -- works without JavaScript.

Known limitations

• The eligibility pre-screen at /prescreen needs JavaScript to submit; it has no server-side fallback, because it exists to give an instant, unrecorded answer, and a page reload would defeat that. If your browser has JavaScript disabled, email accessibility@trilatic.com with the fact pattern (state of service, plan type, service category, and the relevant dates) and we will answer the same eligibility question by hand.
• Some regulator PDFs we link to are third-party documents we cannot remediate.

If anything on this site is hard to use, email accessibility@trilatic.com. We reply within two business days and fix confirmed defects in the next release. Parties to a dispute who need material in another format may ask through the same address.
